ONE A DAY(이하 "본 앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 앱 이용에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 다룹니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 다루지 않는지를 설명합니다.
본 앱은 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 구체적으로 다음을 수집하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없으며, 이용자 계정을 생성하거나 관리하지 않습니다. 마이크는 아래 6항의 연습 녹음 기능에만 사용하며, 녹음된 음성은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
본 앱은 학습 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장합니다. 이 정보는 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 개발자를 포함한 누구도 접근할 수 없습니다.
위 정보는 앱을 기기에서 삭제하면 함께 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 최신 학습 콘텐츠를 받아오기 위해 아래 주소에 접속합니다.
이 통신은 콘텐츠를 내려받기 위한 단방향 요청이며, 이용자의 정보를 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 다만 해당 파일은 GitHub Pages를 통해 제공되므로, 일반적인 웹 접속과 마찬가지로 GitHub이 IP 주소 등 접속 기록을 자체적으로 남길 수 있습니다. 이는 GitHub의 정책에 따르며, 본 앱 개발자는 해당 기록에 접근할 수 없습니다.
이 밖에 본 앱이 직접 운영하는 서버는 없습니다. 자동 번역과 발음 듣기에 쓰이는 언어 데이터·음성 데이터는 iOS가 Apple로부터 내려받아 관리하며, 이는 Apple의 정책에 따릅니다.
본 앱은 현재 인앱결제를 제공하지 않습니다. 모든 기능을 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
이후 버전에서 인앱결제가 추가될 경우, 결제는 전적으로 Apple을 통해 처리되며 본 앱은 카드번호를 비롯한 어떠한 결제 정보에도 접근하거나 이를 저장하지 않습니다. 그때 이 방침도 함께 갱신됩니다.
본 앱은 학습을 잊지 않도록 알림을 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되고 발송되는 로컬 알림으로, 외부 서버를 거치지 않으며 알림을 위한 어떠한 식별자도 전송되지 않습니다. 알림에 담기는 문장은 이용자가 기기에 저장한 문장 중에서 고릅니다.
알림은 처음 사용 시 이용자의 허용을 받아 활성화되며, iOS 설정의 알림 메뉴에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
발음 듣기는 iOS에 내장된 음성 합성 기능을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 이용자의 음성을 수집하지 않습니다.
연습 녹음은 테스트 화면에서 이용자가 녹음 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 마이크를 사용합니다. 녹음은 이용자가 직접 멈추거나 일정 시간 조용해지면 끝나며, 녹음된 음성은 이용자가 다시 들어보는 용도로 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 음성 인식(텍스트 변환)을 하지 않으며, 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 마이크 권한은 처음 녹음할 때 이용자의 허용을 받으며, iOS 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 녹음을 제외한 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
자동 번역은 iOS에 내장된 Apple 번역 기능을 사용하며, 번역은 기기 안에서 처리됩니다. 이용자가 입력한 문장을 본 앱 개발자가 받아보지 않습니다.
본 앱은 분석 도구, 광고 네트워크, 크래시 리포팅 도구 등 제3자 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 애초에 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 정보 또한 수집되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 대상 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 문장과 녹음은 앱 안에서 개별 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하시면 모든 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다.
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 본 페이지를 통해 공지하며, 변경된 내용은 게시일로부터 적용됩니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 경우 앱 내에서 별도로 안내드립니다.

ONE A DAY ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App does and does not handle.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information. Specifically, we do not collect your name, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number, address, location data, contacts, photos, camera data, or any advertising or tracking identifiers such as the IDFA.
The App has no sign-up or login. We do not create or manage user accounts. The microphone is used only for the practice-recording feature described in Section 6, and recordings never leave your device.
To provide its learning features, the App stores the following solely on your device. This information is never transmitted elsewhere, and no one — including the developer — can access it.
Deleting the App removes all of this data permanently.

This is a one-way request to retrieve content. No user information is sent. Because the file is served through GitHub Pages, GitHub may record standard access logs such as IP addresses, as with any web request. This is governed by GitHub's own policy, and the developer of this App has no access to those logs.
The App operates no servers of its own. Language data for translation and voice data for playback are downloaded and managed by iOS from Apple, under Apple's policies.
The App offers in-app purchases for certain features. All payments are processed entirely by Apple. The App never accesses or stores any payment information, including card numbers.
The in-app purchase is a one-time, non-consumable item. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Purchase status is verified using receipt information provided by Apple, and the result is kept only on your device.
If you change devices or reinstall the App, you can use the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature to recover purchases made with the same Apple Account. You can review purchases and request refunds through your App Store account settings.
The App may send reminders so you don't miss a day. These are local notifications scheduled and delivered on your device. They do not pass through any external server, and no identifier is transmitted for this purpose. The sentence shown in a reminder is chosen from the sentences saved on your device.
Notifications are enabled only with your permission and can be turned off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Listening uses the speech synthesis built into iOS. Your voice is not collected in this process.
Practice recording uses the microphone only when you tap the record button in the test screen. Recording stops when you tap again or after a period of silence, and the audio is stored only on your device, for you to play back. The App does not perform speech recognition (speech-to-text) and does not transmit recordings anywhere. Microphone access is requested the first time you record and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings; every feature other than recording works without it.
Automatic translation uses Apple's translation feature built into iOS, and translation is processed on your device. The developer never receives the sentences you type.
The App does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, crash reporting services, or any other third-party SDKs. We do not share or sell user information to third parties.
The App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As the App collects no personal information at all, no children's information is collected either.
Because the App neither collects nor stores personal information, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on request. Sentences and recordings stored on your device can be deleted individually within the App, and deleting the App removes everything.
Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect from the date of posting. Significant changes will also be announced within the App.
